Ebony serves as a cultural organizer for The Youth Resiliency Institute (YRI)- an organization that offers a creative arts-based rites of passage process for children, youth and young adults. As a member of YRI, Ebony organizes throughout Baltimore's most marginalized communities creating opportunities for children and youth to collectively better the city under the banner of culture, community and family. Ebony presently serves as lead youth organizer for The Youth Resiliency Institute's Youth Kwanzaa Collective.
